Is there any insignia I need to put on the company grade service cap for CAP or as a C/2d Lt? Thanks.

Yes. The cadet service cap badge.

The service cap (bus driver hat) only takes the cadet officer device:

The flight cap (fast food hat) wears the cadet insignia (large size) instead of the "enlisted" device (below):
