Appears to be awarded by MARC, but can't see how they would be authorized...

Because we need another NCSA handing out unauthorized "uniform" items...

Awesome activity, maybe just an emphasis on "this is not authorized for uniform wear".  Several NCSA's give out patches that also aren't authorized for wear.

Maybe it should be authorized. Not much different than the Model Rocketry Badge.

If you're comparing it to the model rocketry badge, it needs to able to be awarded independent of the MARC.
