core values, CAP Cadet Oath, drill movements (prepatory v. executory, number of counts, proper commands), uniform regs, three missions, aircraft flight sytems and parts, etc. Buy some cheap prizes (balsa wood glider planes, plastic planes, brain teasers, candy, etc) or items for DDR and the winner gets to choose their prize. Competition is a strong motivator especially among younger cadets.

If it's not a written quiz, I'm a fan of using Tootsie Rolls when I do question and answer in other groups.  haven't done it in CAP yet.  If it's written I've worked with quizes that were made by another Senior Member that are a combination of fill in the blank and multiple choice.  The way the questions were worded are what made those fun.  You could also turn the written quiz into a contest whoever gets the highest score gets something for it.
