AOPA Article on CAP Playing F16 Target

Just saw this via Flight Aware and thought I'd share:

The flashing lights on the ground that "sparkled" the aircrew are something I never heard of before.  (I'm a freshly minted MO, not a pilot.)  Interesting stuff.
