Transfer to composite squadron

Every Composite is ran differently.

One I belonged to everyone met weekly. Then I transfer to another one where the Seniors only met the first meeting of the month. Everyone did the AE and Safety Brief together. The Cadets met evey week. It varies.

If a member is "surprised" about the tone and timbre of the unit >after< he joins, it's because he
didn't do his due diligence and neither did that unit's commander.

And probably did not stay for the requisite at-least-three-meetings, as well as hit up the commander for a one-on-one Q&A.
