Best Place to Buy Uniforms???

As I have posted before. If the base won't let you on base then you ask nicely, through channels, what it would take for CAP members to be able to enter the base to access the Exchange so that they can buy uniforms.
In the Air Force the Base Commander is the sole authority on who has access to their base. So a bit of explanation of why CAP needs access may work. There may be some restrictions, but we can live with that.
