1. It appears to longer be a specialty track
2. Was it rolled up into a different specialty track?

The change was made some time ago, with "Operations" being all encompassing
since at least 2013 with the release of CAPP 211.

Thank you very much. I have a member in my squadron that earned 210 Technician on a record from a previous Wing back in 1997.
