Is anyone else watching the NEC meeting via the capchannel.com video stream?

Right now they're talking about mandating 1hr/month pilot proficiency.  If the person talking is standing close to the camera and has a good public speaking voice, it's understandable.

Of course when someone is coughing, moving a table, or when the people manning the camera are talking you can't really understand what's being said.

Yes, they need to work on the audio quality.  There were many people that I could just not hear.
