Requiring Cadets CAPF 32 for an Alternate Meeting Place

After reading a topic on CAPF 32 posted here I still have questions. Will appreciate your take.
My school meets in a school that closes sometimes on our regular meeting days. We have secured an alternate but regular meeting place. I hold we do not need to require cadets get us a CAPF 32 for this place since it is a "regular alternate place." CAPR 52-10 states a CAPF 32 is needed for a meeting held not in the regular place.
Your take?

That's up to your leadership.
However, sounds to me like you have "co"-regular meeting locations. No problem, no form needed.
Next?!

Just update your meeting location to include the alternate.

Yep, that. If the location is published in your squadron info in eServices, then it’s a designated meeting location. Many squadrons alternate between meeting locations.
