CAP News online had a link to this article: http://www.freenewmexican.com/news/58579.html on a search in NM.  ELT detected and repoted to State Police at 9PM.  CAP plane went up and narrowed the search area to the "Chacon area" by 11 PM.  Ground crews hunted through night, but didn't find anything.  State Police helicopter found the airplane crash site at 9:15 the next day.

Now, GoogleEarth doesn't have high quality views of this area, but it does seem fairly mountainous, so I suspect that they weren't able to DF as low an altitude as you would need to really pinpoint the ELT.  I suppose I might be a little disappointed we didn't find it early the next morning, but without knowing how the search area was divvied up with SP or if we were involved the next day, its hard to say what should have happened.
