CAPR 60-1 refers to a TLC Refresher online course. I couldn't find it in LMS. Am I looking in the wrong place?
I don't think it's around yet, much like TLC advanced.
Hopefully there's a refresh for the TLC curriculum itself soon. For such a relatively new course it's already been significantly overtaken by events.

There is a TLC-Advanced, NHQ has hosted a few classes.
TLC Advanced is very much alive. The only places I've seen it offered has been the National Boards and at a couple of Region Conferences.
And it's always been presented by the National Cadet Programs folks. At least that's what I've seen so far.

The on-line course is not on line yet. But a one day Basic or Intermediate course will satisfy the requirement.
That's what I did when I did the Intermediate Course at the National Boards last year.
