Probably not news to many, but I haven't been paying too much ground-level attention
to the SQTRs for the couple of years, so I don't know when this changed.
eServices down-stream re-qualifying per the table of equivalencies without having to do a bunch
of manual background machinations. (i.e. GTL re-lights GTM3/2/1, UDF, etc.)
SQTRs only show highest GT qual unless you are an SET, then it shows all you can task.
The former is about time and a big deal, not sure why the latter was done. It saves space, I guess on the 101-card,
maybe in anticipation of all the new quals coming? Seems like it might cause confusion when a
GTL wants to task a new GTM3 and it doesn't explicitly show a diamond for GT3.
