Title: Requiring Cadets CAPF 32 for an Alternate Meeting Place
Post by: Luis R. Ramos on November 15, 2017, 10:02:04 PM
After reading a topic on CAPF 32 posted here I still have questions. Will appreciate your take.

My school meets in a school that closes sometimes on our regular meeting days. We have secured an alternate but regular meeting place. I hold we do not need to require cadets get us a CAPF 32 for this place since it is a "regular alternate place." CAPR 52-10 states a CAPF 32 is needed for a meeting held not in the regular place.

Your take?

[Moderators, I had trouble posting a similar topic, if another one but similar in nature appears, please delete one. Thanks.]

That's up to your leadership.

However, sounds to me like you have "co"-regular meeting locations.  No problem, no form needed.

Next?! :)

Just update your meeting location to include the alternate.

Yep, that. If the location is published in your squadron info in eServices, then it's a designated meeting location. Many squadrons alternate between meeting locations.
