Whenever I get an e-mail from another cadet member they put their rank at the bottom of the e-mail or at the top when they are introducing themselves. What I'm noticing is that they all have a C or an S, which I know is a Captain or a Sargent. But, they all have this slash after those letters, for example: C/CMSgt. What the heck does it mean? I'm only an airman because I am so new. I havent even gotten promoted yet, so I'm just airman.
C/ = Cadet. So Cadet Chief Master Sergeant Bagodonuts would be C/CMSgt Bagodonuts.
I have never seen an "S" before a rank. Unless you are talking about SSgt?
Ok, thanks.
