Is there going to be a Balsem competition this year? If so, where can the nomination forms be found? I can't find them in eServices, but it may be because I'm a cadet. Would I need to ask a senior member PAO to fill this out for me? Thanks in advance.
According to the Instructions and Overview in the Balsem module in eServices:
"Submissions for the Maj. Howell Balsem Exceptional Achievement Awards are being accepted starting in April and ending in May."
Unless the plan is changing for this year, looks like April until we can make submissions.
There's no mention about cadets being restricted from the eServices application per se. From the Overview page "All PAO/PIO volunteer members of CAP, including cadets, are permitted to enter the competition."
Can you access https://www.capnhq.gov/CAP.BalsemAwards.Web/Default.aspx?
It's letting me access it when I follow that link but it's nowhere to be found within eServices for me. That answers my question about nominations though, thank you!

It should be under, Menu>Public Affairs. At least it is for me, anyway.
