Region SAR bases

So after seeing a pic of a region SAR school why not set up CAP bases for this purpose... >:D

Who would fund and maintain them?  Or is your  >:D indicating you are looking for a fight? :P

Currnet funding could be allocated to fund start up and mx for it.  Also you could look at grants and assistance from state EMA and DHS.....

Maybe Im not following.  Are you talking about setting up actual CAP regional bases?  meaning CAP missions would be handled at these bases vs the location changing based on where the SAR is?
