Level III is my highest PD level
Level IV is my highest PD level
Level V is my highest PD level
Have completed Level I but no others

I wonder what the percent change for all of CAP is for the completion of Level II year over year. The emphasis being how much that percentage increased since OBC was launched...

Two bad the poll isn't editable, we could make it sticky and we can have a continuous picture of the CAPTalk population. (Hint Hint)
