(Senior Members Only) What Is Your Highest Professional Development Level

I haven't completed Level I
Level II is my highest PD level
Level III is my highest PD level
Level IV is my highest PD level
Level V is my highest PD level
Have completed Level I but no others

Gunner C

We've got a very wide range of experience here on the board.  I wanted to see if it's representative of what NHQ says we have nationwide.

Once I teach an RST i can get my masters in cadet Programs and will get Level IV

davidsinn

Level II currently and should be able to knock out III by fall or earlier depending on when I can get to a CLC.

Level III. OBC took care of my Level II, Level III and promotion. Should have everything except RSC done by next month for Level IV. That's gonna be a tough nut to crack.

I am NSC from 5.
Likewise but it's going to be awhile before I go. Probably in 2011 or 2012.

Debating between SOS or RSC.  SOS I can do from home, although it is longer to do.

I'm apparently in the Twilight Zone -- completed Level I, not quite done with Level II (will be done in April after SLS).  Shouldn't the poll options include Level I?  ;D

EDIT: Apparently can't tell the difference between I and II either.

Yes. An option for Level one being the highest completed would be a good one to have and would probably get many hits....  Do over???

I have just 2 tasks before Level IV:
- RSC
- Staff SLS/CLC

SLS or CLC staffing will happen within this year however RSC will likely take a year or two longer I'm sure....  I might go the SOS route as it may provide a duel benefit to my Military Carrier. If I did do SOS, I'd probably still do RSC at a later date anyway...

Just need my Senior rating for Level III.

Gunner C

That's what happens when you try to do a poll and what the Olympics at the same time.  Let's see if the Level One Only folks will show up again!  ::::nuts::::

Will complete SOS in May, everything else is done for Level IV

Does anyone have the actual figures of what the national percentages are for Levels I through V?

bosshawk

Gunner: I seem to recall(in my old demented memory) that someone on this blog posted these figures some time ago.  Couldn't tell you where or when.  PD people at National probably have the data.

I thought it was on this board somewhere.  I searched this morning but no joy.

Something like 20% of members are Level III's;10% are Level IV's and less than 5% are Level V's. These are just "ballpark" figures but it's probably pretty close.
