Color Guard/Honor Guard commander

Is there any official positions such as an Honor Guard or Color Guard commander for cadets or maybe seniors or is it a position just in name. We have a Color Guard and might make an Honor Guard but it dosent feel incredibly organized. We still do events well and practice (even though id like to practice more) and we have done alright but I want to know if there are any aspects I'm missing. Also if there is a Color Guard manuel could anyone link it to me.
