Title: Any news on the replacement custhelp website?
Post by: Holding Pattern on January 06, 2018, 01:23:04 PM
I've been trying to look things up as of late and been annoyed by the site being disabled before the replacement knowledgebase came up.

Any news on when the replacement will be coming online?

The replacement is up and running and has been for a while. If you are using a bookmark to access it, you will need to update it as the address has changed.

So... was the point of this to just throw away all the legacy data?

Purely a guess - but either the old vendor or new vendor (or both) lack a mechanism to move the data between to the two systems.

The old data has so many answers with links to old data and out of date materials .. that I imagine its just easier to start fresh, than to have to edit all the old.
