I am doing comms for a SAREX tommorow and I have prepared 2 bags one for comms and one to keep at my tent.

In my Comms bag:

Notebooks
Pencils and pens
sharpie
paracord
safety belt
sanitizing wipes
maps of the area
deck of cards
poncho for housing antenna




stay at Tent bag:

food
water
entrenching tool
change of socks


What can I change or add?

Exactly what area of this Sarex are you doing Comm?
Base or field?

base well as it stands now I'll be in a van on the mobile since our ops center is in KY.

I'm not seeing a whole lot that's Comms related at all.   Your packs could be for anything, really.   Seems like a short list, but then I tend to pack for all eventualities - it's the ham in me.
