Seems pretty cool, would want to see it in action before shelling out for it though.
I saw this thing last week, though until you can order it, it's just vaporware.
Not sure what use it would be beyond a party trick - see your handprint on the wall, etc.
I suppose contractors could use it for seeing thermal leaks, etc.

I see visions of long search lines of GT Cadets wandering through forests at night with their I-phones taped to the brims of their ball caps like synthetic vision...
Might be useful to ensure that they are all snug in their tents at the bivouac... >:D
