Contacting the project officer/point of contact for a specific NCSA

Is it possible?

I can't locate information on who would be in charge of a specific NCSA, I am sure they do not want to be bothered with my email I just would like a simple answer because I have a simple question.  I have already applied for a particular NCSA activity as a senior member but it didn't ask me what position I wanted to fill.

Either that is there any way to find out what positions they will need? I understand selection is not made until sometime in March .
