How to Best Search This Forum

This forum has a lot of great info, but I have the hardest time searching. The search function included seems to not agree with me. So I've tried searching with google using the advanced search options. That helps a bit more but it keeps giving me print pages with links and stuff missing.

Anyone have a better way to search for stuff on this forum?

1. Go to: http://www.google.com/
2. Type in your search parameters in the input box.
3. Add to your search parameters the following:       site:captalk.net -"Print Page"
4. Click on the 'Google Search' button.

Search for a phase in the search box, but make sure put it in quotes.  I use it to find all the "MOVED:" topics to delete by setting it search for that in topic subjects only.
