SUI Self Assessment

With the new SUI being every 36 months, units must now do a self-assessment every 12 and 24 months, does anyone have a Self Assessment guide that they could share?

I've seen a few on some Wing website but nothing with the revised SUI in Jan 08.

I would just use the same checklists as in the SUI Guide.  If there are other items the Commander thinks need to be checked, add them.
