Here ya go folks.  Something I just put together for my squadron after being asked by a few folks, cadet and senior, HOW DO I BECOME A GROUND TEAM MEMBER?

I'll admit, I was a little rusty myself, since at the same time they added, took away, edited, changed, reversed and authorized stuff, I took a sabbatical due to a new job, moved 4 states to the south and had a kid.

Use it if you need it.  Ignore it if you don't.
