Smaller female cadet epaulets?

My daughter recently earned her Mitchell and we're having trouble with the cadet officer epaulets.  She wears a size 6 shirt and the standard epaulets are too long and bunch up.  I only see one size on Vanguard and our stock at the squadron are all the same size as well.  Anyone find or have a smaller set?  Thanks.

There's only one size.

There used to be two sizes but I guess not any more. Perhaps you can see about trimming one down one or both sides and hemming the edges?

Those are shoulder boards and are even bigger.
