Flt Sgt Application to Encampment

Hello, I have been looking through the internet for a few hours and I am confused about how I am supposed to apply for encampment staff. I know that I need a CAP Resume and Cover letter, but how exactly am I supposed to create and submit these. This application is for the Georgia Wing Encampment (applications opened around Sun 13, 2016).

You can also hit up your fellow GAWG cadets who have had staff positions at encampment. A lot of staff at 045 has good experience to draw on. I don't know where 129 is but feel free to contact other cadets in other units.
