Banned account for unknown reason

I went to log onto captalk yesterday to find that I'd been banned for supposedly using multiple accounts.  Until making this account (to get help) I've only ever had one account, "Plane". I have a feeling it may be because my sister also uses captalk from the same house.  If that's the reason, do they not take into account that multiple people from the same household may be using this forum?  Is there any way I can get in contact with an admin to try to resolve this?

To be more clear, this is your fourth account: Claar, Plane, Planes1234, and Airplane.  To be more transparent about why the moderators suspected you of creating multiple accounts, since you've posted this openly, three of the four accounts now have email addresses or signatures that suggest they are tied to your name, not a sister's or another person's name.


We can re-enable the original account and close the others.
