Unit T-shirts

Forgive me if this has been discussed here before, but I was unable to find a pre-exsisting thread on this topic. 

Are unit t-shirts permitted for wear with BDUs?  We had unit t-shirts in the USCG and wore them with our ODUs/work uniforms.  I wouldn't imagine there would be an issue as long as the shirt was of an approved color.  Input?  Thank you.

Thanks.  I missed that one when thumbing through my copy. 

OK, well while we're at it.......would anyone care to post photos of their unit t-shirts or will that just irritate people?   >:D

I was not aware Sqdrn C.O.s can determine color for T-Shirts.  Could some quote chapter and verse for this?

It is the color of the unit emblem that is determined by the unit CC, not the color of the shirt.

I interpret it as color of the shirt, either black or brown (black or white for BBDU).

(Undershirts) Brown or black. Either V-neck, U-neck, crew neck or athletic style without pockets. Black or brown turtlenecks, dickeys, or thermal undershirts without pockets may also be worn. Exception: members may wear white thermal undershirts even if exposed at the neck.
