I saw a low flying aircraft this weekend over Fairfield County Connecticut, it looked like a CAP aircraft.  Does anyone know if there was a mission on?????

Could have been a mission, o-rides, MX transport flight, relocation flight, localized training activity, or just a pilot on a $100 hamburger run B12 proficiency.
