has anyone else experianced your grade change to C/SSgt. take longer than usual to change in eServices?

i believe our promotions are done through eServices

The promotion (and the Wright Bros. Award & number) shows up instantaneously when the promotion data is inputted and approved at your squadron level.

It's probably a result of the extra logistical work required due to issuing a certificate, a number, etc.
Either way, it could just be that someone somewhere along the chain has a lot of work to do, is procrastinating, etc.

The various tasks (AE, Leadership, Drill, CD. Safety)  should be entered as completed. When the final portion is completed the Commander or Deputy for Cadets  certification will  automatically trigger the promotion to the next higher grade. If a Wright.Mitchell, Earhardt, or Eaker it will also issue the number.

Once it gets command approval, it should be finished in eServices.  We're even getting Mitchell and Earhart numbers back immediately, now.
