Title: How do I create those Windows Live sigs?

I've come across several of these signatures. Here are a couple examples of what I'm talking about:

Anyone know where I can get these? It can replace my oversized signature, hehe  :-\

They are Portal People. From a secret web page (so secret, it's not there anymore)

And since I don't think Tedda is making them anymore, you can't get them anywhere nor can you steal them from somebody else.

Your sig could be scaled down a lot more.

yeah. I'm experimenting how small I can get it without messing up the quality. I only have Microsoft paint, so it's hard to make it decent  :-\

considering it's not needed... you can resize it down a lot.  just a thought.

Found a program online that makes sigs. I know it's a little big, but it'll do for now. I'll keep resizing.
