I can select a file to upload but there is no upload button? so My question is how do i upload a advatar?
In Forum Profile Information, either specify the URL for the site it is hosted on, or select upload and browse for it on your computer.
I can select the photo but it doesn't upload, how do you get it to upload?
Click Open, then Change Profile.

Click on the "I will upload my own avatar" radio button. It's the third option.
To the right of that text, you'll see a button marked with "Browse...". Select that button and a dialogue box will pop up allowing you to find the image file on your computer.
Once the appropriate file is selected in the "Browse" dialogue box, you can click the "Open" button which will be at the bottom of that dialogue box.
Scroll to the bottom of the web page and click the "Change Profile" button in the bottom right hand corner. Voilà.
I guess I am still challenged, followed your instructions to the letter and still nothin'
Maybes the uploads folder is fulls again?
