Title: Are multi-year renewals back?
Post by: Eclipse on January 03, 2017, 04:47:33 AM
I thought NHQ had done away with multi-year renewals back in 2010, however
in reviewing membership reports tonight I see one cadet who expires in Aug 2018.

Can cadets, or anyone, multi-year join or renew at this point?

I just renewed last month and I don't recall seeing a multi-year renewal option.

He/She probably renewed online late i.e. 1/1/2017 and it's a computer glitch...

Just the way the systems handling it.

I renewed the week before Xmas with an expiration of Feb. 2017. My new expiration date on eServices is Feb of 2018.

Wouldn't work for someone who would be in August. I was set to expire the end of this month but renewed early last month so it was updated to January 2018, it's all based off when your membership is up, not when you renew.

I renewal for one year, but online system double billed me in error. I had to contact national HQ. to have it corrected.
