Any suggestions on some things to do to try and rebuild a squadron and increase membership and participation after a particularly disagreeable senior (that chased away cadets, seniors, and perspective new members of both categories) finally transfers out?
Yeah, send a message to all involved and tell them the witch is dead...
Otherwise, do some cohort and targeted recruiting.
Clean the place up, and have an open house. The "surviving members" should have some fun!
+1 on the above "new sheriff in town", etc. - cleanup the files, get everyone caught up ASAP on PD , promotions,
decorations, etc., that may be long overdue, and set a good schedule and vector and then stick with it.
The word will get around with those who left that things are back on track, and / or you'll get new people without a history.

Promotions and Decorations were never lacking. In fact, that seemed to be the only thing she cared about.
I'd say:
Recruit new members.You'd retort:
How do you recruit new members?Quote from: DJ Light Chop on December 27, 2016, 05:21:46 AM
