As we become more digital, we carry more digital gear into the field -- often at times or in places without fresh battery supplies.
At the moment, I'm using mine to figure out how many rechargeable AmazonBasics brand batteries (http://amzn.to/2eRg82B) to buy since they are awesome, well-rated, and the rechargeable batteries I have now are getting ooooolde.
I give this to members with their checklist of UDF and/or Ground Team individual equipment, to make it quick and easy for them. I have a small charger in my UDF kit and I can keep pretty well charged, especially with an inverter.
