What happened to my trainee status?

I was checking my ops quals on eServices today, for the first time since before NESA, and I noticed that my 101 card no longer listed my MRO trainee status.  I went to my MRO SQTR, and all my tasks that were signed off before are still signed off, but it says "Achievement Not Approved" in red letters at the top. 

Anyone know what could have happened?

someone along the way with approval authority clicked "disapprove".

Start with your Squadron Commander and work your way up the chain.
