1 Wing, 2 Units, 23 Groups, 3 Commands, 1 stint at Wing, 16 encampments, 3 Specialty Tracks, LIV, a silver bottle cap,
a few "big ones", and a little chest candy.
So "yay me", now get off my lawn.
Congrats!
January of this year was 32 for me.
Wake me when you clear 30.
((have I really been doing this nonsense that long?!??!))
Rookies..... January will be 43 years for me.
I'll have 50 in April, but not continuous. There's a six year gap in the '80s.
Yeah, I did an 8 year "sanity" break from 1979 to 1987 for obvious reasons... :o

Enjoying that free membership?
After 20 years it's not dedication, it's a sickness!
I'm at almost 10. [darn], do I feel young....
Lt Col Robert Haver is in our squadron and has been a member for 76 years. Thats not a typo. Started when he was 13 years old. Still comes to every meeting, and has some great stories to tell both Seniors and Cadets, and we all learn from his experience and wisdom. Fantastic guy.

I was "Most Improved Cadet" in my squadron in 1974. That and my Mitchell award from 1975 are all I have left from that time. Granted there is a *lot* of what was once called "Member at large" (Now called Patron it seems) during my Army career but I stayed in, so thats at least 45. Empty Shirt from 1976-2005, but busy the last 14 years.
