Looking for new boots

So my current boots are getting small for me.

I need new boots and this is what I need:

1.Comfort
2.Waterproof

Price and durability are nice extras but aren't that important.

+1 - though search is your friend.  There's plenty of discussion here about boots.
Sympatex or Gor-Tex are your best bets for waterproofing.

Go to walmart buy either Burhma's SWAT or any others you would like there.

Cheap = easy to replace ( and yes I know you said price doesn't matter) although until I get the money I'm just wearing combat boots.
