I have had a few cadets ask me why their NCSA participation has not shown on their eServices file. It does not seem to be limited to a single activity, as I do not see any new NCSA attendance despite having cadets attend a variety of activities. I know that the National Conference has now started and that typically delays things. However, I remember in the past that usually the NCSA was put onto eServices within less than 2 weeks after attendance. Unfortunately, I do not remember from last year how long it took for NHQ to put the participation onto eServices. Any one remember from last year?
NCSA ADs, like Encampment CC's, are responsible for entering credit per CAPP 60-74:

Unlike encampments, which require credit be entered withing 30 days, there appears to be no such requirment
for NCSA, however one could certainly assume 30 days to be reasonable.
