Title: Update to CAPR 60-1?

In the summary booklet for the Cadet Programs Innovations from the national conference, it stated that in August, there would be an updated CAPR 60-1 and it would be in effect on 1 October 2019.

So, has anyone seen the new regulation and can post a link to get to it?

Yeah and didn't we hear something about a new uniform manual supposed to be out by now too?

We've been waiting for the CAPR 39-1 for a few years now. Still before the new year, but which one?

If the 60-1 says Oct 2019, let's give it until then.

Gen Smith has asked the regions to take another look at the final draft of the 60-1.  We expect that to be done and hopefully we can get it out the door by the 1 OCT date.

According to CAPR 1-2, 7 Nov 2016, Para 8.1.3  no there isn't.
