CAP NHQ is renumbering regulations.

As of now there are two CAPR 20-1. One is titled Inspector General and is not the one we know as Organization of the Civil Air Patrol.

The CAPR 20-1 listing all organizational descriptions is Organization of the Civil Air Patrol and is CAP 20-1(1) of Jan 2013.
