Fingerprint Cards

Saw an old locked thread, but it still didn't provide the info I was looking for, nor did CAPR 39-2.

1. How do you order more fingerprint cards.

2. I saw online via the FBI site that you can print the cards off on standard white paper.  They even provided the card in .pdf.  Plus, I was able to add text to include the ORI, Employer and address, and reason "VOLUNTEER."

Anyone do this before?

e-Services -> Logistics -> Material Orders

on the new screen, click on the bolded "material orders" word at the top of the screen, then choose "request materials"

"Forms and Pamphlets"

Self-explanatory from there.

You can also check your local LE agency. A lot of them have gone digital and have old cards lying around that they no longer use.

I've also found that if you take the required fingerprint card data to most places they will punch in the information for you these days.

I've been tempted to buy a stack so I can fool around with printing until I get as much information filled in printed in advance vs hand filling.
