AAFES Issue

Got a problem...anyone.. have any ideas how I can resolve it would be appreciated.....

I bought a pair of uniform shoes at the Nellis Exchange......Turns out they are the wrong size....the clerk tells me they run "small."

....I tried to exchange them for a larger size......no go.  Without a CAC card or being listed in DEERS, they can't do the exchange.  They had no problem selling them to me but now I can't exchange them.   A call to DEERS was no help...they said they can't enter me in the system because I am CAP.

Any ideas folks ??

I had ordered the wrong size thru AAFES once before, I kept the item for roughly a year before I had a chance to visit March ARB. I took my item to the base exchange, showed the lady my CAP ID and asked if I could exchange for a different size, and she said sure. They even had the manager go into the warehouse and find me the correct size.  :clap:
