I just received a complete order from Vanguard, with personalized items in it within 5 days.  That's not the pleasant surprise though.

In my package were name tapes and CAP tapes.  Guess what.  They're fabric strip instead of the other material (whatever it's called, you know, the ones that are faded before you even put them on)!  Woo Hoo!
