2a for DR Ribbon w/ V Clasp

I am submitting a 2a for the DR ribbon w/ V clasp for a mission I was on in 2006 (I didn't know it was Presidentially declared until a few months ago). After some searching, this mission is in WMIRS and is not listed on my CAPF114 in the WMU. How do I provide the documentation for my participation or will they check the mission folder at Wing HQ to verify my participation?

EDIT: This is the same paperwork that I asked about a few months ago (with different circumstances - I was looking at the wrong mission number), but I'm revisiting the subject and since the old thread is so old I felt a new thread was warranted.
