Now I see no "Reputation" option on my posts. What is happening?

You can't up or down yourself.

And there's also no options to up down other poeple either

Somewhere between 377 and 880 based on what I see in this thread.  Hopefully that doesn't result in what I've seen in help forums where people cut & paste answers to questions (that inevitably don't work) just to get their post count up.  Probably a subjective element to it as well.  I wonder hat "radioman"s count would have been.
