My membership will end on 31 May and I'd like to get a copy of my e services data prior to that date.

I've done this in the past, but I can't recall how I did it!

Anyone help, please?

Member search, download my member search report

Where do you see a button to "download member service record?"

Or are you trying to say that member should print out each section one by one?

When I do "Member Search," system responds with "Unit." Then I see a list of members. When I select my record, it gives me several tabs. First one is "Gen Achvmt." Then "Contacts." Then "Duty posts." Then "Transfer." Then "Training." Then "Promotions." Then "Awards." Then "Local activities." But no option for "Download service record."

When you do the member search, the first page that comes up is "General", at the bottom of the demographic information is an underlined "Member Search Report" in blue. If you clink on that, a new window opens with your whole E-Services file in one, easy to print format.

You can then use your computer's "print to PDF" function to create a PDF document of your E-Services file that you can put on a thumb drive, e-mail, print, etc. whenever you want to.

I cannot argue with that statement.
