Looking to be a MRO, but I have no idea how to get that position. All I know is you have to be ICUT and GES qualified. Do you have to be 18? Thanks for the answers!

There is a full SQTR for MRO like any other ES rating, you do not need to be 18.

See here for a presentation on MRO and other ICS qualifications:  http://www.nesa.cap.gov/icsscurr.htm

Go to eServices in Operations qualifications to see the specific tasks for MRO.

Mr. Hall, as your squadron's resident Comm/ ES guru, I am insulted that you would ask here before asking me...  :(

Case  in point about why we tell so many to check with their unit and chain of command before asking here.

Maybe the Senior Member is considered "untouchable" by his actions or possibly cadet leadership information.  This forum should still provide worthy information and directions to search properly before asking overdone questions.  Courtesy should still be extended to all, we are all volunteers.

In this particular case, I'm pretty sure the senior member here is pretty open to the cadets. :)
